We’re an upstart clan whose main interest is playing a good game while having a good time. This quote by DEVOL DAWG pretty much sums it up:
“Man, I don’t care about rank. I just wanna go out there and get some.”
To NTHAT, the most important thing is playing hard. We are always looking for the next good game. Nothing beats winning 25 to 24 with 2 seconds left on the clock. We may talk a lot of smack to each other and crack on our collective skill, but we are graceful winners. No yelling ‘you guys suck’ or ‘sell your game’ for us. We’ve all been through our fair share of slaughters.

That said, we like to play well, too. We often go on skull runs or go Achievement hunting in Campaign. We’ll talk strategy about getting the FFA Achievements, but we don’t wheel and deal in the lobbies. We like to earn what we get with good playing and a little luck if necessary. We at NTHAT push ourselves to play to the best of our abilities, every game. And if we get rewarded with some EXP or another Skill point? All the better. In an effort to improve, we often review game films to see what we can do better (though usually after a few useful minutes we devolve into narrating our various ‘fails’ and having a good laugh).
In the custom game sector, NTHAT is always looking for a new twist on the old classics. We have several maps and game variants in development from the always useful sniper/splaser practice to the hilarious honor-based Forge variant nicknamed ‘Blank Slate.’ In the midst of a ‘win’ drought, we’ll do some team building in a custom game until we’re all ready to get back out there and take our beatings like men.
Basically, if you’re looking for some gaming buddies that manage to take their performance seriously while remembering that, despite Halo’s greatness, it is still just a game, this may be the clan for you.
